Commonwealth Bank issues apology after customers shut out and ATM’s, online banking closes down

One of Australia’s Big Four Banks apologized to its customers after closing the online banking services in the country.

The deduction affects a significant portion of Commonwealth Bank customers in Australia, and people are struggling to make any online banking.

Following the reports that the ATM automatically closes them and could not buy food in supermarkets, the services were restored in the afternoon of Thursday afternoon.

“Some of our services are currently not available and we are working urgently to fix it, dedi the bank said at the height of the event by texting on websites.

The Commonwealth Banking application suffered problems as many customers struggle to carry money between accounts.
