Complaint redressal mechanisms should be made more efficient: women’s panel chief

Kerala Women’s Commission President P. Sathidevi said that the complaint correction mechanisms should be made more efficient to prevent savagery for women in workplaces.

2013 with the opening of a seminar on the POSH (sexual harassment of women in the workplace) organized with Kerala Working Journalists Association on Tuesday on Tuesday.

“The Ministry of Women and Child Development has opened a portal based on the commission report in order to provide the necessary facilities in the workplaces as it is compulsory within the scope of POSH Law. However, the response is not the brand. More organizations must register on the portal. The commission will make the necessary interventions on the subject.” He said.

He added that the attitude towards women in society is gradually dangerous and that the signals are becoming more and more visible. He said that every woman should have a safe working environment.

Calicut Press Club President Ep Mohammed chaired the event. Regional Information Officer CP Abdul Kareem and KUWJ State Committee members were present. Legal-Cum-Probation Officer VL Anisha announced the luxury action.
