An Indian citizen was ruthlessly attacked, and Dublin was robbed on a street in Tallaght, a suburb of Ireland, and renewed an anger storm and concerns about racism in the country. Human rights activists called for a transparent investigation in the motive behind the attack. Although Gardaí has not confirmed whether the attack is racially motivated, it is pressure to deal with increasing racial intolerance concerns in some of Ireland.
