Couple arrested for ₹2.11 crore investment, job fraud in Cyberabad

A couple accused of raising more than one person through false investment and work placement plans were arrested by the Cyberabad Police’s Economic Crimes Wing (EOW).
Both arrested individuals, described as Paem Ujwala and Maesh Paem, the natives of Kandukur in the Nellore region of Andhra Pradesh, were detained on July 2. The two had previously lived in KPHB, Haydarabad.
According to the police, the Double, M/S Christ Properties (OPC), including a real estate company called PVT LTD, has been operating under several business executive guise, and the victims, primarily retired employees, promises of 2% monthly return in their investments. Mash Paem was the director of the company, and Ujwala was listed as a candidate.
In addition to the real estate initiative, the defendants claimed that they have an Agarwood agricultural land business, and it is claimed that they offer back door business settlements through another being, in total, at least five known victims have gathered La 2.11 CRORE and provided orders and given as a collection. The first monthly returns were paid for a short time, then the couple was allegedly closed and escaped.
The defendants are also linked to other companies, including M/S Shine Solutions and Western Acqua, and attend at least five more cases registered with Bachupallly, Kollur, Chandanagar and Madhapur police stations.
On June 25, the arrests follow a lawsuit that was recorded on charges of cheating, criminal confidence violation and penalty conspiracy and the provisions of the Law of Deposit Protection (TSPDFE) of financial institutions.
