“Court emergency as Sydney man Paul Sultan found guilty of killing partner Dayna Isaac

Garling is öz beyond reasonable doubt, by intentionally attacking the Sultan’s Isaac physically, and then drowning it, and drawing attention to compelling evidence, including the “widespread formation olmuş which has been wrapped around his DNA’s clothes, body and neck.

On the day of Isaac’s death, at 13:00, the mother of two little children came home after a hearing for a new job and returned to the Sultan’s apartment.

He heard a discussion between a neighbor couple. Isaac shouted “don’t”, then “stop” before repeated loud sounds were heard.

He then fled to the Sultan’s car, witnessed by the same neighbor, and his mother Janet Tsiliris wrote to him again and again: “Bad, bad, bad.”

He put his mother on the murder scene. After seeing Isaac with blood on his face, Tsiliris said, “Oh my God, what have you done? You can’t fix it. I can’t be here.”

“I walked at the front door and saw blood on the way to the entrance near the hall room on the ground, Ts Tsiliris said to the researchers.

He left quickly and drove Isaac’s car to the sultan about 20 minutes away from the bushes and burned it. He then returned home and burned his clothes in a metal drum.

Tsiliris reported his son to the police in the afternoon and was detained.

Isaac’s father Garry English gave evidence of summarizing his conversations with the Sultan, including his daughter, including his final killer.

“I said to him, ‘Paul, Dayna loves you as a friend and is nothing else,’ ‘said English.“ He entered my face and told Dayna to tell him that he was good for him. ”

“‘Dayna Dayna and her has a mind, and you have to accept it’ I said.

A man from the same correction facility with the Sultan, who was suppressed by the court by the court and was carefully implemented by Garling, said that the defendant gave him a graphical explanation of the events that led to murder.

“He forced him to get into the house, f — punched him from Him, grabbed him by his hair, threw him down, dragged him out of the house, stopped and kicked his head,” he said.

Judicial pathologist Isabel Brouwer said the court believed that Isaac’s death was caused by “drowning ligature in the context of head trauma”.

The evidence collected at the scene included furniture, walls, doors, clothes and a significant number of SWABs on Isaac’s body that seemed to be blood.

Forensic biologist Mhorag Campbell said that the DNA mixture from the scene belongs to both the sultan and Isaac.

The Sultan argued that he had killed Issac while sleeping in an unknown third -party unit and continued to deny that he had killed him.

Sultana is expected to face the penalty before the end of the year.
