Netanyahu taken to hospital for dental treatment

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was hospitalized in Jerusalem.

Israeli media reported that Netanyahu’s office said he was receiving dental treatment on Monday.

No further details were given.

About a month ago, the 76-year-old man said that he was treated for a malignant prostate tumor and that he was healthy afterwards.

Netanyahu also said that he delayed the publication of the medical report to prevent the Iranian government from using the report for propaganda purposes.

During the war with Iran, rumors about Netanyahu’s death were circulating on social media.

Speculations arose both at home and abroad regarding his health condition.

The Israeli prime minister has been hospitalized many times in the past for health problems.

He also had surgery for a herniated disc in 2024, and had a pacemaker installed in 2023.

Last year he suffered from intestinal inflammation, which he managed to recover from at home.
