Crazy brawl over a parking spot in New York includes a vicious skateboard to the head
First class parking spaces It’s clearly worth fighting with a stranger on the sidewalk in New York. In a videotaped fight in the East Village last Tuesday afternoon, we see a motorist and a skateboarder do just that.
The NY Post reported that while the skateboarder and a friend were trying to hold a parking spot for someone, a Mercedes tried to park in the spot “reserved by the skateboarder.”

Viral video of the incident shows the Mercedes being hit several times with the skateboard before throwing the skater’s preferred method of transportation at the vehicle.

The rider jumps out, grabs the board and swings it at the skater. This was a mistake. The two men then alternate the types of pillow-soft punches you’d throw in your worst nightmare.
These two were unfit for hand-to-hand combat. A few kicks are thrown there before the pair fall hard onto the pavement. The duo ignores the pleas of the woman next to the Mercedes driver and things get worse for her.
The skateboarder gets to the top, appears to land at least one weak punch, then lets the rider take off. The skater then grabs his board and hits his opponent’s head with it.

A hard blow to the head, the hardest hit of both, is followed by the skateboarder choking the Mercedes driver.
The witness filming the action decides to walk towards the Mercedes and reveals that the SUV’s windshield has been shattered.
A spokesperson for the NYPD confirmed to The Post that the driver of the Mercedes attempted to park his vehicle in the parking lot before the frenzy, which was captured on camera.

The skateboarder, who police were still searching for Saturday afternoon, left the scene. The driver was taken to a local hospital in stable condition, according to police.
No arrests were made. Sometimes you fight for parking on the sidewalk. Sometimes you get arrested. Sometimes you’re not.
