Cuba’s blackouts leave high-rise residents with constant uncertainty

As Cuba heads into another month of power outages due to a near-total U.S. fuel blockade, many people say their lives now revolve around those power outages.

Constant power outages have changed the daily life of Ana Rosa Romero, a 70-year-old widow who lives in a high-rise building.

The BBC’s Will Grant spoke to him about the impact of the power cuts.
