Daily Mail publisher asks to limit Prince Harry lawsuit

Daily Mail Tableid’s publisher, Prince Harry and other high -profile figures tried to limit the scope of a case for alleged illegal behaviors, and that it should be limited to certain inaccuracies.

Harry blames serious confidentiality violations (AnL), including 30 years ago, including the youngest son of Charles of England Charles and Elton John.

Anl, who also publishes the mail on Sunday and Mailonline, refuses to make any mistakes and says the “terrible” claims are irrational.

A hearing is expected to take place earlier next year, but on Wednesday, the publisher said that the plaintiff’s lawyers did not comply with a previous court decision that said that the lawyers of the plaintiffs should adhere to a certain false allegations by journalists or private researchers acting for them.

AnL also said that certain elements of the plaintiff’s case were based on decisions in previous cases against other media organizations, and that the general arguments that Judge Matthew Nicklin had already decided should be thrown.

Anl’s lawyer Antony White told the court that Harry and others lawyers were either “tin ears” or openly challenged.

White argued that even cases should be fined unless the plaintiffs gave information about when and how they were aware of what they could have a proper claim.

“Anl claims that the violations are flashy and serious enough, and now unless they fit and corrected, the rejection of the allegations should be encountered with brutal sanctions.” He said.

Harry’s lawyers said that such a “nuclear option” was unfair in court applications.

They also said that the general case was a “critical and basic component of the case.

Actors Elizabeth Hurley and Sadie Frost and Elton John’s husband David Furnish, including seven plaintiffs, accuse Anl of activities such as hacking voicemails, taking theft and medical records through deception.

Both Frost and Furniture were in court for Wednesday’s hearings. Harry was listening from afar.

The case led to a public investigation about the ethics of the press, a few criminal cases, and some articles that they targeted illegally on the ethics of the press, which started almost 20 years ago, AnL’s first drifting into the telephone holding scandal for the first time.

For the last six years, Harry, the Duke of Sussex, has dealt with open war with the British paintings, accusing the illegal interventions of high -level editors of authorization of people’s public lives, destroying friendships and relationships.

In addition, for the death of his mother Princess Diana, who was killed in a car accident in Paris in 1997, the press blames the vehicle Paparazzi photographers away from their buckets.

Harry filed a lawsuit for slander twice, won a lawsuit, and withdrew the other, and his wife Meghan won a confidentiality against the publisher. He also filed a lawsuit for Mirror Group newspapers successfully, Rupert Murdoch’s news group newspapers made a claim before a hearing.
