Daily Wage Worker Dies Of Suspected Sunstroke In Konaseema

KAKINADA: Gothangi Narsamma, a 57-year-old daily wage laborer under Viksit Bharat – Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission Guarantee (Gramin) (VB-G RAM G), died of suspected sunstroke while working at Avidi Pedapeta in Kothapeta mandal of Konaseema district on Friday.

According to reports, he fell ill while working and was immediately taken to a nearby health centre, where doctors declared him dead.

Kothapeta MLA Bandaru Satyananda Rao visited the hospital and expressed his condolences to the bereaved family. He described the incident as unfortunate and assured the family that all possible assistance would be provided.
