Dakota Johnson joins Lily Allen on ‘SNL’ stage for emotional performance

Lily Allen shares painful moments from her past with the help of her friend Dakota Johnson.

During her performance of “Madeline,” which is believed to be a reference to a mistress who allegedly had an affair with Allen’s ex-husband David Harbour, Johnson made a surprise appearance on stage playing the mistress.

As Allen sang, Johnson, whose silhouette was seen behind a transparent curtain, said: “I hate that you’re in so much pain right now… He told me he was aware this was going on and had your full consent.”

“If he’s lying about this, please let me know. Because I have feelings about dishonesty, too. Lying is not something I want to be involved with,” he added.

Before the song ended, Johnson emerged from behind the curtain, walked up behind Allen, and gave him a light kiss on the cheek.
