Dalaroo plots Greenland critical minerals exploration blitz

Dalaroo Metals has completed planning and mobilization activities for the highly anticipated 2026 exploration season at the company’s Blue Lagoon critical minerals project in southern Greenland.
The upcoming field campaign is scheduled to begin in mid-June and continue until mid-July, representing the most advanced and comprehensive exploration program undertaken on the project to date.
To survive and thrive in the brutal Arctic environment, the company locked in an in-country strategic partnership with local operational specialist Xploration Services Greenland to do the heavy lifting.
In particular, Dalaroo’s recently granted and expanded land ownership now gives it a dominant position over a large integrated coastal critical minerals system. The company believes it now controls key mineral transport routes and trap zones in the broader Blue Lagoon system, which encompasses both onshore and offshore seafloor environments.

The upcoming field season is designed to build directly on the success of the 2025 initial exploration program at the Blue Lagoon. This initial study successfully detected high zirconium, hafnium and rare earth enrichment in a 2.7 kilometer strike.
Peak values from the surface sampling effort revealed impressive ratings of up to 4.42 percent zirconium oxide, hafnium values up to 99 parts per million, and total rare earth oxide up to 0.81 percent.
Accelerating the next phase of exploration, Dalaroo’s toolset will include detailed geological and structural mapping, comprehensive surface testing and targeted onshore auger drilling across potential sedimentary environments.
In a deliberate move, Dalaroo will also launch an offshore exploration drive using sampling from Van Veen to target areas of heavy mineral accumulation on the seabed. The two-pronged attack aims to unlock the natural plumbing system to see how it flushes, classifies and traps heavy metals in high-grade, zircon-rich sweet spots.

Chief executive John Morgan, who runs the campaign on the pitch, and scouting manager Trystan Hughes will lead the pitching team throughout the four-week pitching blitz.
Beyond the regional Greenland project, Dalaroo has a highly forward-looking and diversified international exploration portfolio.
In West Africa, the company has fast-growing gold exploration assets in Côte d’Ivoire, including the Bondoukou and Bongouanou gold projects, both located in the highly endowed Biridian Greenstone Belt.
Closer to home, the explorer has a strong position in Western Australia with its Lyons River and Watheroo gold and base metals projects, providing a solid multi-product base in leading mining areas.
Following completion of the field exploration phase in mid-July, next steps will include integrating onshore and offshore datasets into the company’s district-scale model to identify high-priority targets ahead of a potential initial drilling campaign.
With logistics locked in, regional dominance established and mobilization underway, Dalaroo looks poised to soar into the 2026 field season with a purring exploration engine and plenty of momentum in critical minerals.
Bettors are likely to keep a close eye on the situation as the data begins to flow. The results could be a decisive chapter in the company’s goals in Greenland.
