Danny Dyer went all-out on the latest episode of Rivals after pledging solidarity with his female co-stars as they stripped down in the raunchy drama.

‘I was cooking it all and making myself a sandwich and you could only get five of a sandwich.

‘Then as the night progressed I found him eating the rest of the sausages. ‘I was dipping them in ketchup.’

Danny said he didn’t have enough olive oil in his diet and that’s why he was constipated.
