Death penalty possible after 'random' hiking murders left children without mom and dad: former prosecutor
According to a former local prosecutor, the 28 -year -old teacher in Arkansas is accused of killing a married couple on a walk trip on July 26th.
Andrew James Mcgann was accused of killing 41 -year -old Cristen Amanda Brink and 43 -year -old Clinton David Brink, while the couple Washington County took a walk with two children in Devil’s State Park in Arkansas.
During a press conference, the prosecution lawyer Brandon Carter said the future jury plans to give the future jury as a penalty for murder charges faced by Mcgann.
“This case is certainly aggravated by a jury to decide what a defendant’s punishment is.” He said. “And my intention is to expose it to the jury.”

Mcgann was accused of two points of capital murder after allegedly killed Brinks.
Arkansas, Penal Defense Attorney and former Chief Public Prosecutor of Benton District, Shane Wilkinson, said Fox News Digital’s deaths will not be good in the fight against Mcgann’s death sentence.
“There are two children who are only a mother and father who is only killed, and they are no longer a parent.” He said. “I mean… You know that these people will go, you know… So it will be hard to be sad for these children, isn’t it?”
Wilkinson says that the authorities claim that Mcgann is a “completely random event”.
Authorities, Brink’s 7 and 9 -year -old children are safe and family members, but emotionally troubled, he said.

Wilkinson said there may be a few “mitigating factor” that Mcgann is young and can help avoid the order of death, including a known punishment history.
Wilkinson, “In this case, it does not seem to have an important history of punishment, right? Relatively young. I’m sure the lawyers will take a closer look, or if there is some kind of emotional or mental discomfort.” He said.
“If he has a mental illness or a flaw, this makes a big difference.”
Arkansas State Police Col. Mike Hagar said Mcgann confessed.
Hagar, “During an interview with the inspectors, he agreed to commit suspicious murders. We also applied a search order on the residence and saved the crime consistent.” He said.
Mcgann was arrested in Arkansas, a Springdale, on July 30th.
Fox News received a video showing that Mcgann was arrested at the Beauty Salon & Barber Shop of Lupita.
Mcgann’s next court appearance is planned to be held on August 25th.
