Defence granted adjournment in Molly Ticehurst murder case, 16 months after NSW woman’s death | New South Wales

The prosecutors were told to talk to the mourning Molly Ticehurst family, like the case of the man accused of the murder of domestic violence 16 months after his death.

30 -year -old Daniel Billings is accused of killing Ticehurst at his home in Forbes in the Western New South Wales in the Western New South Wales in the early hours of April 22, 2024.

He faces a total of 17 charges, including violating an existing AVO to protect Ticehurst.

Ticehurst’s death changes, guarantee and bail applications for domestic violence, such as “show the reason” thresholds, such as NSW laws were changed.
