Defendant who dumped soiled adult nappies outside nurseries avoids immediate jail term

A defendant who threw dirty adult diapers and climbed into garbage boxes outside the children’s nurseries, refrained from imprisonment immediately after being attacked again and again.

Abbi Taylor drowned in a series of “strange” events and a fire escape of a nursery.

After a previous penalty hearing in April, Newcastle Crown Court heard that Taylor was detained for almost three months after being found more criminals than three violations.
