Accused murderer appears in court over wife’s tractor slasher death

A man accused of killing his wife in an incident containing a tractor Slasher determined that he would not be tried in court as a magistrate.

Emergency services found the body of 41 -year -old Amarjit Kaur Sardar in a property in Woodhill in South of Brisbane in February last year.

Her husband Yadwinder Singh was accused of murder and intervened with a body.

Singh, Beenleight Magistrate Criminal Court on Friday morning, wearing a black T -shirt and the lawyer Andrew Bale was caused by a commitment hearing.

Singh looked emotionless while sitting with a corrective service officer crossing his arms, and from time to time he looked at the ground.

The court was expected to feel more details from prosecution of how Sardar died after critical injuries.

Police said Singh, a truck driver born in Khabe Rajputan in India, was looking for emergency services to report his wife’s death.

The couple married two young children and had 55 hectares of agricultural properties with cane and animals.

The court was expected to receive news from more than one witness on Friday.
