Delhi HC Receives Bomb Threat Via E-mail; Judges Rise From Dais
New Delhi: On Friday, the Supreme Court of Delhi received a threat of bombs via e-mail, which caused panic at the facility and wanted judges to rise from daisies. The courtrooms have been evacuated. According to the sources, e-mail was taken by the General Editorial General at 8.39 in the morning and some judges were informed about this.
Some judges began to rise around 11.35 o’clock, while others continued to hold their own courts until 12 noon.
Sources, security was strengthened and everyone in the court building was wanted to be evacuated, he said.
