Delhi HC restrains Patanjali television commercials targeting Dabur’s Chyawanprash

Justice Mini Pushkarna said that Dabur was allowed in oral order.
However, a detailed order is expected.
Dabur claimed that “Patanjali Private Chyawanprash dedicated Chyawanprash, in particular, insulting that no other manufacturer has no generic disadvantages, does not have the knowledge of preparing Chyawanprash”.
Ads claimed that Patanjali Ayurved’s product was made using more than 51 herbs instead of 47 plants used, Dabur said Dabur, “in general, the public is wrong information”.
Dabur also made objections to the parts of the ad Chyawanprash, which was called “ordinary”, and said that it was an open reference to the product, claiming that the Chyawanprash segment holds a dominant 61.6% market share in the Chyawanprash product.
