Desperate search for man, 76, missing from Tasmania bushland

The police urgently looking for a man who went for a bushes in the northeast of Tasmania in the afternoon and not since then.

76 -year -old Peter Willoughby went for a walk in busy bushes, about 2 km away from Hollybank before he was lost.

The latest pair of blue jeans wore a dark jumper and sneakers.

“Peter is being treated for a medical situation, which may cause him to lose his direction,” he said, as the police statement read.

Tasmanya Sound, Search and Rescue Teams and medical officials, both on foot and with ATVs help the police in the search.

“Westpac Rescue helicopter Tasmania and drone ability is also used to make air searches,” the police said.
