Also 2,841st in the iconic parade. and 2,842. Meryl Streep, who watched with pride as they rose to stardom, also attended.
Other famous names spotted include Dwayne Johnson, Robert Downey Jr and Matt Damon.
Stanley’s big break came in 1996 with the movie The Big Night, which he co-wrote, directed and played the role of Secondo Pilaggi.
Meanwhile, Emily was featured prominently in the original 2006 movie Devil Wears Prada.
Meryl said of her co-stars during the ceremony: ‘Oh my God. Emily, I really feel like I gave birth to you. I’m so proud of you and everything your friends said is absolutely true.
‘I can’t wait to work with you again and the best part about getting it at such a tender age is that, if my career is any evidence, we’ll let you stick around for at least 35 years and I’m as in love with you as everyone else.
‘Now Stanley. You can’t even call Stanley a national treasure anymore because I just traveled around the world and really the love that’s been shown to him around the world, he’s marinating in that.
‘And it’s impossible not to love Stanley Tucci. Urban, sly, funny, bitchy. And generous, curious and very gracious.
‘There is an elegance to Stanley’s heterosexuality. His undeniable heterosexuality, which is an amazing thing, does not mean that heterosexuality is better than other forms of sexuality; just elegance, real, unforced, natural, unstyled elegance, which is sometimes more difficult for heterosexual men.’
Anne Hathaway, Emily, Meryl and Stanley reprized their respective roles in the highly anticipated sequel to director David Frankel’s 2006 satire about the inner workings of the fashion industry.
Meryl has since claimed that her co-star Anne had urged producers to “take size into account” when hiring background performers, rather than relying on extremely thin women to play the film’s various models.
Discussing the outrage on Tuesday, Anne, 43, said the incident was blown out of proportion and insisted the narrative now emerging on social media that the comments had led to some cast members losing their jobs was wide of the mark.

‘It was something that happened very quickly on set, and now it’s turned into a much bigger story,’ he told Good Morning America.
‘I’d like to point out that there’s a little bit of misinformation floating around right now that people are getting fired for size inclusivity and that’s not happening.’
The new film will be in general release in the United States and the United Kingdom starting May 1, and Hathaway opened up about the incident surrounding one particular scene that she was forbidden from discussing.
He added: ‘Nobody lost their job, in fact it created more jobs…it’s very difficult because I can’t say what the scene is about but there’s a song that Lady Gaga wrote and it’s a beautiful, amazing song.
‘Isn’t it better to see so many different types of bodies there?’
Streep previously said in an interview for Hathaway’s Harper’s Bazaar cover that she was ‘impressed’ by the look of the catwalk models on set, saying they looked ‘not only beautiful and young… but alarmingly thin’.

Earlier this week Emily came under fire for her ‘out of touch’ career advice, telling people who weren’t happy in their careers to quit their jobs.
The star, who plays the overworked assistant of a fashion magazine editor-in-chief, was asked for advice for people who ‘hate their jobs’.
But the tip offered by Emily, who is reportedly worth $80 million, was not well received by fans, who emphasized that she was speaking from a place of privilege.
Emily grew up in an upper-middle-class family and attended Hurtwood House, a prestigious private school in Surrey known for drama and performing arts.
To attend the school famous for producing actors and creatives, boarding accommodation at the school currently costs £22,400 per term and £14,900 per term for day students.
During an interview with Betches, they touched on Emily’s role and a particular scene in which she repeats to herself, ‘I love my job, I love my job, I love my job,’ as she struggles with the tax demands of her boss, Miranda Priestly.
Since the release of the original film, it has become a viral meme for overworked staff navigating the business world.
When Emily was asked if she had any advice for ‘women hating their jobs right now’, she initially said quietly: ‘Let go… no.’
He said this before adding: ‘Just find something you deeply want to do,’ he said. ‘Even if you’re not making any money, as long as you love it, you’ll be happy.’
Although Emily was interpreted as encouraging people to leave a toxic workplace and follow their dreams, many people did not appreciate her words of wisdom.
