Domino’s brawl in New Jersey ends with officer hit by chair, police say

A chaotic late-night fight broke out at a Domino’s Pizza in Glassboro, New Jersey, over the weekend and ended with two men allegedly assaulting a police officer, according to authorities.
Glassboro police said officers were called to the restaurant shortly before 3 a.m. Saturday for a report of a large fight. As officers attempted to make an arrest, two suspects allegedly grabbed a chair and threw it at one of the officers, striking him in the back of the head. Police said the men appeared “extremely hysterical” as they fled the scene.
Surveillance footage from inside the chaos of the Domino’s demonstrations: customers wearing Halloween props, people standing on tables and chairs and others recording on their phones as tensions escalate. At one point, two men were seen grabbing a red chair and throwing it out of frame as bystanders filmed the chaos before it dispersed.

“At approximately 2:44 this morning, Officers responded to Domino’s Pizza to a large fight that had broken out inside the store,” the Glassboro Police Department said.

“While officers were making multiple arrests, the two males seen in this accompanying video (black male wearing a gray jacket and black male wearing a light blue sweatshirt) grabbed a chair and threw it at our officers, striking one of our officers in the back of the head. Not only was this intentional, but they found it extremely hysterical as they fled the scene. We need your help to identify them.”
