On Monday, September 22, a group of Bombay Supreme Court of the Supreme Court of Bombay gave up a group of petitions that challenged the decision to publish a Kunbi Kast Certificate for booking the Kunbi Cast Certificate of the Maharashtra government.
Five petitions were given by other retrospective classes, claiming that the Maratha community would include a Kunbi caste certificate in the OBC category.

Pleas came to hear before a bench of Revati Mohite Dere and Sandesh Patil.
However, Justice Patil said he could not get the satisfaction of hearing, and then the counter refused without any reason.
The petitions will now be placed to hear on time before the Chief Justice Shree Chandrashekhar and Justice Gautam Ankhad Bank.

Pleas, Kunbi Sena, Maharashtra Mali Samaj Mahasangh, Ahir Suvarnkar Samaj Sastha, Sadanad Mandalic and Maharashtra Nabhik Mamaandal.
They claimed that the government’s decision was bad in the constitution and bad in law and deserved to deteriorate.
In his objection, Kunbi Sena claimed that government decisions have changed the basis and criteria of the certificates of the three caste – Kunbi, Kunbi Maratha and Maratha Kunbi.
He added that the decisions were “uncertain ve and would result in“ absolute chaos ”.
The Supreme Court said, “The decision is a confusing and uncertain procedure to give a caste certificate from other retrospective classes to the Maratha community, with a confusing and uncertain procedure involved in the OBC category,” he said.
The decision to give Kunbi Kast certificates to the appropriate people from the Maratha community came after the quota activist Manoj Jararange organized a hunger strike in Azad Maidan in South Mumbai for five days from August 29th.
For five days, Mr. Jararange and its supporters surrounded a few vital areas in South Mumbai and attracted the anger of the Supreme Court of Bombay, saying that the city was paralyzed and brought to stop.
On September 2, the government issued a decision in the Haydarabad Newspaper (GR) and announced the formation of a committee to facilitate the regulation of Kunbi caste certificates to Marathhas, which can produce documentary evidence that recognizes as Kunbis in the past.
The State Social Justice and Special Aid Department became unrest among the OBCs after publishing GR, which would allow the appropriate members of the Maratha community to apply to Kunbi Kast certificates.
This will allow them to request quota under the OBC category after certificates are given.
