Fears over Donald Trump’s health have emerged once again, with an explosive biographer claiming his condition is “like a black box”. The 80-year-old leader’s cognitive and physical abilities have come under increased scrutiny in recent months following a series of public blunders and apparent bruising and swelling.
Comments about his ability to remain in office were given new impetus last month by the publication of biographies of two former New York Times journalists. He went on to defend his health, insisting on a recent physical examination had proven him once again to be in a “perfect” state.
“I just finished an excellent exam at Walter Reed [National Military Medical Centre]I do this every six months, and I have requested another Cognitive Test, three times from the only President who has done this, and I have passed all of them,” Mr. Trump said.
“Few people in Washington DC could do this, including Maggot and his sycophantic partner Jonathan Swan.”
Mr. Swan responded to the jibe in a post on X, writing: “I would be honored to do another on-camera interview with President Trump anytime.”
She also shared a photo of Regime Change, which is at the top of Amazon’s bestseller list, and shared the following message: “Many people disagree with the president’s assessment. Thank you all for reading.”
White House physician Sean Barbarella also reiterated his verdict on Trump’s health, insisting that his recent medical exams showed Trump was “completely healthy” with “strong heart, lung, neurological and overall physical function.”
