Reform UK announces ghost and UFO expert Rupert Matthews as latest defection to party
Reform UK was mocked after the party announced its latest flaws – a police and criminal commissioner who is experts in ghosts, aliens and UFOs.
Rupert Matthews, who worked in Leicestershire and Rutland, joined the party from the conservatives on Monday and broke a 40 -year membership.
Before he was elected in 2021, he worked as a member of the European Parliament for Tories for two years. He also wrote a series of books on ghost landscapes, UFOs, cryptosoology and other paranormal issues.
