WiseTech offices raided in probe of trades by Richard White
Australian logistics software giant WiseTech Global said Australian Federal Police and market regulators raided its Sydney headquarters on Monday and executed a search warrant.
The investigation relates to allegations that WiseTech shares were traded by billionaire co-founder Richard White and three company employees between late 2024 and early 2025, the board said in a statement to the ASX.

“To WiseTech’s knowledge, no allegations have been made against any individual and there are no allegations against the company itself,” he said.
“WiseTech intends to cooperate fully with any investigation.”

The company, which serves more than 17,000 logistics companies worldwide, has faced serious scrutiny over co-founder White’s leadership in recent months. White resigned as chief executive officer last year but remains executive chairman.
Last year, White’s complicated personal life, including multiple relationships with women, including WiseTech employees, caused uproar on the board following a series of complaints about inappropriate behavior, some of which were resolved.
