Russian-Ukrainian War: On Thursday, US President Donald Trump expressed discontent with Russia’s ongoing conflict with Ukraine. Addressing a joint press conference with the UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, Trump said that the sincere relationship with Russian President Vladimir Putin would help end the Ukrainian War, but was disappointed by the latter.
“Putin disappointed me, really disappointed me. Russia and Ukraine will end. But you never know in the war. War is something different. Things that are the opposite of what you think, Donald Donald Trump said.
Trump’s statement came with a major strike against the Russians in the direction of Donetsk in Ukraine’s Pokrovsk and Dobropillia regions. Zelenskyy also said that Ukraine found protection against every ‘Russian betrayal’ in this war. He said the Ukrainian army prevented every Russian plan to destroy the country. Zelenskyy said, “Our defense is always active. We have proved that many people around the world can achieve the necessary results even when many people around the world can achieve results from Russia. It is important that our partners act with dignity – just as our people deserve to be supported. Russia should be forced to peace.” He said.
“Ukraine can do this-if our army has sufficient power and long-range abilities. And the world can do it with us-as strong as our people, through powerful sanctions and strong pressure.”
