Mumbai airport witnesses arrival of over 5 million international passengers in 8 months

New Delhi [India]27 September (Memorial): Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMA) welcomed more than 5 million international passengers between January 2025 and August 2025. In the last three years, international developments at the airport have grown by 21 percent in a promotional (CAGR) of Mumbai.

According to a media statement, CSMA, which is directly linked to 55 international destinations, has strengthened its position as one of the world’s most world -related airports. The UAE continues to be the CSMA’s largest resource market and contributes to 1.5 million arrival between January 2025 and August 2025. Britain and Thailand follow 0.38 million and 0.32 million international passengers, respectively.

“CSMA’s growing connection is reflected on the seven new international routes added between April 2024 and 2025, and Mumbai’yi al-Fujairah, Tashkest, Krabi, Almaty, Amman, Manchester and Tbilisi. He shows his role in support. ”

Between January 2025 and August 2025, arrival in 2024 increased to 4.8 million in the same period and to 5 million in 2023 compared to 4.1 million.

January 2025 emerged as a month of 0.69 million international arrival passengers and an increase of 415 percent compared to January 2022.
