To simplify property services, the Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) has eliminated the need to visit civic offices by allowing citizens to download their e-Khata online using the SAS Property Tax ID.

The initiative covers all five of the Bengaluru city corporations. This move is expected to make around 13 lakh e-Khatas easily accessible to property owners, reducing delays and procedural hurdles, officials said.
