Drainage Overflow Causes Trouble for Residents in West Marredpally

Residents and commuters of West Marredpally are facing serious inconvenience due to the overflow of the drainage line along the road, creating bad smell in the area.

Residents of the neighborhood said that the waterlogging occurred due to sewage overflowing into the streets, making it difficult for pedestrians and drivers to pass through the area.

Speaking to this newspaper, a local resident said, “The sewage has overflowed and it looks like it has rained. We are having difficulty crossing the road due to the bad smell.”

Neighborhood residents and citizens demanded that local authorities take immediate action and solve the problem to prevent further victimization.
