A contributing writer for the far-left publication Drop Site News called for the “dismantling” of Israel and urged his followers not to make Israelis “feel unsafe.”

Palestinian journalist Abubaker Abed, a self-described “accidental war correspondent” whose work has been published by Drop Site, shared a post on social media on Monday calling for the complete elimination of the Jewish state.

“Erasing Israel from the planet is not revenge enough. Israelis should no longer feel safe. It should haunt them and follow them everywhere they go. These terrorist parasites must be cleansed from our planet,” Abed said on Instagram.

It has money from the George Soros-funded Open Society Foundations, which gave Drop Site a $250,000 grant to set up a Middle East desk in 2024, according to a listing on Open Society. website.
