DuPont Bondholders Form Majority to Reject Two Debt Exchanges

(Bloomberg) – Some of the bond holders of Dupont de Nemours Inc. have agreed to block some of a proposed debt exchange and announced the plan to return a unit of the chemical company and completed their efforts to reclaim securities.
