The leaders of the Democratic Indian Youth Federation (DYFI) held a protest in Vidya Bhavan on Tuesday and claimed that the authorities were a violation of norms in the allocation of tasks to teachers hired through the DSC exam.
G. Ramanna, the state secretary of the federation, said that there is an absolute confusion between the candidates about the recruitment process. He said that the selected candidates in the open category were rejected in this category and that the tasks under the reservation were allocated. “This weakens social justice,” he said, claiming that tasks for the ‘separated’ categories are directed to sports, physically disabled and former servant quota.
The authorities questioned why they were announced after the region’s inability to release caste -based cuts and the call letters of the candidates were given and after their certificates were verified ‘. Navodaya claimed that the tasks of the students studying in their schools were rejected.
The Federation leaders demanded a lawsuit against the employees of the Education Research and Training Council (SCERT), which carried out special coaching centers and said that they should be taken instant and effective steps in order to detect the counterfeit certificates used during the verification process.
Meanwhile, the leaders of Kula Vyatireka Porarata Samithi condemned the reports of the proposal to allocate the tasks of the authorities in the reservation category to the SC, ST and OBC candidates.
In a statement, the organization’s president O. Nalllappa and Secretary General A. Malyadri, the movement is contrary to the constitution, he said. According to the Constitution, they said that the reservations were provided for the backward classes. However, reservation is a protective measure for candidates who cannot succeed only through merit.
Referring to the Supreme Court decisions, they said that the SC/ST candidates elected as merit was a legal and constitutional principle to be counted in the general category. “In this case, the decision of the authorities means a violation of the right to constitutional equality, challenging the Supreme Court Decisions and prevents candidates’ legitimate opportunities from the planned categories,” he said.
They called the government to withdraw the decision. If the government ignored his satisfaction, he warned a state -wide Pıltifes.
