Emmanuelle ‘Emman’ Atienza, the 19-year-old daughter of television host and weatherman Kim ‘Kuya Kim’ Atienza and Philippine Eagle Foundation president Felicia Hung-Atienza, has died, her family said Friday. Emman Atienza has received critical acclaim for his openness about mental health and kindness towards others. According to the information obtained, he was found dead in his home in Los Angeles.

In a statement released by the Atienza family, Emman was described as a caring young woman who “brought joy, laughter and love” to the lives of those around her. Although not a public figure, Emman has become known for his courage in sharing his personal mental health journey among family, friends and online communities; This decision helped many people feel seen, understood, and less alone.

Emman Atiezna’s huge fan base

Identified with his lively personality and online presence, Emman Atienza had amassed a huge fan base on TikTok and Instagram. Beyond social media, she was known for her love of fitness, fashion and art.
With 818,900 followers on TikTok and 193,000 on Instagram, Emman had become a prominent figure online. His confident “Conyo” accent and lively sense of humor earned him the affectionate nickname “Conyo Final Boss”.

Her content included lifestyle tips, beauty routines, humorous skits, and candid conversations about mental health and identity. In 2024, he joined GMA Network’s influencer agency Status by Sparkle, further solidifying his place in both the digital and entertainment worlds.


Emman has used her platform to promote self-worth, positivity and mental health; these messages resonated deeply with their audiences. His mother, Felicia, described him as “someone who made people feel seen and heard.”

Emman Atiezna’s mental health struggle

In 2024, the Sparkle artist shared a 2024 photo dump on Instagram and a long but inspiring story about her mental health journey last year. “I wasn’t even sure if I wanted to see it end to 2024,” he began. Emman shared that he has been dealing with mental illness treatment since he was 12 years old. He thought it had “gotten worse over the years.”

“I was bullied for half of my teenage years. I tried to talk to my peers only to be met with dry, disinterested reactions. I vented anger and trauma at my friends so often that they eventually got tired of hearing it — understandably so,” she said.

In a more deeply personal confession, Emman even admitted to lying to his therapist about feeling better out of fear of disappointment. His mental health then deteriorated, with him self-harming again on his birthday last year after being sober for nearly two years.

He has since returned to Los Angeles for intensive therapy to process his past traumas. Emman shared: “To break up, I would play the same song over and over again for hours, pretending to disappear. I would come back from therapy sessions screaming into my pillow or crying in the bathtub.”

Unfortunately, he said at the time, he too was “trapped on the roof and attacked.”

When he returned to the Philippines, he “cut out unhealthy habits, environments, and relationships.”

She added: “I made slow but meaningful adjustments: I learned new coping mechanisms, became empowered to push my limits, and with it, developed greater self-worth and confidence.”

After sharing her life on TikTok, Emman began gaining followers and making meaningful new connections; This was in stark contrast to the time when he felt “invisible, damaged, inadequate, and worthless.”

Reflecting on her journey, she shared: “I now see how wrong I was. I realize how much I have to offer. I know who I am, I feel safe, and I am no longer influenced by other people’s opinions.”

“2024 has been a whirlwind of ups and downs,” he added. “But when I step into 2025, I see no reason why we shouldn’t finally live.”
