English backpacker pleads guilty to killing Perth father of two in drunken e-scooter crash | Western Australia

While driving a drunk e-SCOOTER on Perth, a British backpacker was found guilty with a fatal father with a two-person father.

25 -year -old Alicia Kemp, on May 31 at the Western Australian capital at 8.40 hours, 51 -year -old Thanh Phan shot.

Phan’s family previously described him as “a beloved husband, the father of two people, his brother and dear friend”.

Kemp was subjected to slight injuries in the collision.

26 -year -old woman Pullion passenger, life -threatening injuries were taken to hospital for the treatment of injuries.

Kemp, who was previously rejected, was detained. It is planned to be sentenced on October 31st.
