Enrica Lexie owner urges SC for early release of a ₹3 crore bond executed in Kerala HC

italian ship Enrica LexieIn 2012, two sailors opened fire off the Kerala coast, killing fishermen, and the Naples-based owner had sought an early hearing in the Supreme Court for release of the ₹3-crore bond and all other undertakings given in connection with the case.
Making an urgent statement before the Chief Justice of India, Surya Kant, the owner, M/s Dolphin Tanker, represented by senior advocate Sanjay M. Nuli and advocate Anu B., appearing on behalf of the ship, and their authorized attorney, Robert William, called for the hearing to be held before April 30.
