Patterson (in the picture) faces a defense hearing that is expected to last two days today, but may go longer.

Erin Patterson returned to court as his last fate bench

50 -year -old Erin Patterson will return to court for the first time today because he was guilty of killing three mother -in -law and killing a fourth victim.

Patterson, his father -in -law Don and Gail Patterson and Gail’s sister, Heather Wilkinson, who was guilty on July 7, is the wife of Ian Wilkinson (in the picture), who survived lunch alone.
