First Lady Melania Trump featured Fox News in her documentary “MELANIA,” which debuted Friday and offers a rare behind-the-scenes look at her life leading up to the White House.

Appearing on “The Five” on Wednesday, Trump said the shooting consumed his life “day to night” and revealed that his son Barron is playing a key role in President Donald Trump’s 2024 campaign.

“This was my life,” he told Fox News. “So no matter what I did, the cameras were following me. So everything I had to do from morning to night — getting organized, getting back to the White House, my family, inauguration, my job, my charities — in short, setting up the East Wing office, hiring people.”

Although the first lady usually keeps a low profile in public, she said the documentary offers a unique look into her married life with Donald Trump.

“II am a very private person and a very picky person; “What am I doing, what am I not doing, when will I speak, when will I not speak and that is my choice and no one is responsible for me and I am not responsible for anyone else,” he said.

The documentary, produced by Amazon MGM Studios, is about the 20 days until the First Lady’s presidential inauguration in 2025.

“It’s not something you do twice, because you can’t do it,” Melania Trump said.

The first lady also opened up about what it was like to be married to Donald Trump before he became commander in chief, explaining why she believes he will eventually run for president.

“I always thought he might go and run one day, and I always told him, ‘If you do it, you win,’ because I knew how much people loved it,” he said on “The Five.”

Melania Trump also addressed Barron’s involvement in his father’s 2024 re-election campaign.

Barron, now 19, was just 10 when his father was first elected president in 2016.

“He understands now, he’s involved,” he said. “He knows what’s going on in the world. “He talks to his father, he talks to me.”

“He was very involved in the campaign,” the First Lady added. “He gave her all the ideas, who to talk to, all these YouTubers and podcasts. So there was a really smart mind behind this.”

Fox News host Jesse Watters asked the First Lady if her husband enjoys the now-famous YMCA dance, noting that while it brings joy, it can sometimes be ill-timed.
