Eugenie’s third child to have ‘very different’ experience | Royal | News

Princess Eugenie’s third child may not have the same family experience as her two older children, a royal expert has suggested. The 36-year-old announced the news of her third pregnancy earlier this month; The royal was already the mother of five-year-old August and two-year-old Ernest.

Buckingham Palace released a statement on behalf of Eugenie and her husband, Jack Brooksbank: “Her Royal Highness Princess Eugenie and Mr. Jack Brooksbank are delighted to announce that they are expecting their third child together this summer. August (aged five) and Ernest (aged two) are also thrilled to welcome another sibling to the family.”

The statement also shared that King Charles’ nephew was “delighted” with the family news.

HELLO!’s royal editor Emily Nash opened up about the family dynamics surrounding Eugenie’s third child, due this summer.

She wrote: “This baby will be born into very different family dynamics than those experienced by his or her older siblings.

“Although they have spent plenty of time with their grandmother Sarah and grandfathers Andrew, August and Ernest, they will probably stay further away this time around, although I’m sure it will be very difficult to stay away from Sarah’s new grandchild.”

He added the King’s reaction to the news and what might happen next for Eugenie: “The King’s warm words show that he still has great affection for Eugenie and does not exclude his nieces.

“We may start seeing them at family gatherings again.”

Eugenie’s announcement comes after a particularly difficult period for both her and her sister, Princess Beatrice. The siblings were reportedly “horrified” and “deeply embarrassed” after Andrew and Sarah were named in the US Department of Justice’s Epstein files.

Andrew has denied any wrongdoing, and his inclusion in the Epstein files does not indicate any wrongdoing.
