After the White House meetings with European leaders Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Vladimir Putin is ready to be ready for the President of the Ukraine.

Before attending a video conference hosted by António Costa, President of the Council of Europe, called the “willing coalition ,, will be gathered by Keir Starmer and Emmanuel Macron as a virtual chairmanship.

Europe’s diplomacy hurry aims to push Donald Trump to pushing a harder line with Putin days after a common visit to the White House alongside Zelenskyy.

Together with several European leaders in Washington on Monday, Trump said Putin agreed to face face -to -face talks with Zelenskyy in the coming weeks to end the war in Ukraine.

Macron suggested Geneva as a place for the meeting on Tuesday, and said that Hungary was also taken into consideration to a senior US official Reuters. However, Moscow has not yet confirmed that these meetings, which have been among the two leaders since the occupation, have yet to work.

Yuri Ushakov, Assistant Kremlin, said that Putin and Trump discussed the idea of üst up to increase the level of representatives ında in Ukrainian talks. Late on Monday, Usokov did not clarify what it would require, and did not mention a possible triple meeting with Trump and Zelenskyy.

On Tuesday, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that any meeting between Russian and Ukrainian presidents should be prepared for “very good” on Tuesday.

At the center of negotiations between Tuesday’s European Allies, which security guarantees can be offered to Ukraine. On Monday, Zelenskyy described its security guarantees as a kitap starting point to end the war, a starting point to end the war, and appreciated Trump that the United States is ready to be a part of this guarantee.

Zelenskyy said that these guarantees will be “officialized somehow within the next week or 10 days.”

In a social media broadcast on Monday, Trump said that the White House talks involved in European countries as a “coordinator of the United States as a“ coordinator ”.

Britain and a few European allies have formed the idea of a “guarantee kapanmış that could be sent to Ukraine within a future peace agreement to renew its Russian aggression. Their plans would require us a solid support, and Trump was resistant to using US troops as the guarantee of any settlement.

Moscow rejected the possibility of being deployed in Ukraine on Monday evening. “We are confirming our categorical opposition to any scenario that includes the deployment of a NATO group in Ukraine,” Russian Foreign Ministry said.

Other suggestions for security guarantees include NATO’s Western allies, which offer protection of Ukraine 5 style protection, similar to the collective defense pledge attacked as an attack on a member.

After the White House meeting on Monday, Italy’s Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni said that although Ukraine will not join NATO, a collective security item, which will allow Ukraine to benefit from the support of all its partners, including the US, is ready to act again.

Zelenskyy clearly stated that Ukraine would reject any agreement that limits the magnitude of the armed forces and insist that “a strong Ukrainian army” should be part of the country’s security guarantees. These proposals are contrary to the conditions in which Putin was accepted to end the war before.

While the Western leaders adopted an optimistic, greeting ton against Trump in the White House, the gap between Russia’s demands and Ukraine’s desire to accept is huge. There is a widespread turmoil about what Trump proposes and what Putin accepted during the Alaska summit. Some fear may have exaggerated the result of Trump, and Moscow may misrepresent the desire to reconcile.

The White House meeting on Monday shed lightly shed light on Putin’s regional conditions. Russian leader Ukraine demanded the withdrawal of Donetsk and Luhansk, but Zelenskyy set a solid red line against the Ceding land that justifies the control of the land or Moscow beyond the current profession.

Some observers say there are little real movement to end the war for all diplomatic maneuvers. “Nothing happened in Anchorage on August 15th. Nothing happened yesterday at Washington DC, G Gérard Araud, the former US Ambassador of French Ambassador, wrote.
