(Bloomberg) – an old Citigroup Inc. The merchant said he claimed to harass him.

Benjamin Waters said that he left Citigroup in November 2023 and rejected that he was acting inappropriate to Christine O’reilly in his statement. In the August 2024 case, O’reilly claimed that as a New York -based employee in the ICAP, Waters, a merchant in Citigroup, a valuable customer, had to endure unwanted harassment and unwanted progress. The Waters was not called the defendant.

“My interactions with him have never passed the inappropriate lines, and their accusations against me are completely wrong,” Waters said.

At the beginning of this week, a judge decided to reject O’reilly’s claims against Citigroup and two against the TP ICAP in the case. Im I’m glad to see the court’s decision, Wate Waters said in a statement.

According to his complaint, O’reilly filed a lawsuit against ICAP for continuing a discrimination and hostile working environment. He also claimed that O’reilly could not properly control the waters of Citigroup after complaining directly from a supervisor in the bank.

Citigroup argued that he had no legal task for O’reilly because he was not a Citigroup employee. ICAP also rejected most of O’reilly’s claims with Citigroup a “toxic alliance ve and that“ working culture emphasizes the relationship between post -overtime socialization ”.

He also refused to retaliate by saying that O’reilly had reported harassment to a senior general manager and then hoped to protect O’reilly, but planning to go to the Faculty of Law.

On Monday, Citigroup won the rejection of O’reilly’s claims against the bank, saying that the court’s UK -based Citigroup global markets were employees and alleged harassment took place outside the limits of employment.

The judge also threw two of the allegations against the TP ICAP to violate the contract, and the other to violate the goodwill and fair transaction treaty.

The case continues the requests made by O’reilly.
