Ex-Citi Trader Waters Says Broker’s Harassment Claims Are False

Benjamin Waters said that he left Citigroup in November 2023 and rejected that he was acting inappropriate to Christine O’reilly in his statement. On Monday, Citigroup won the rejection of O’reilly’s claims against the bank, saying that the court’s UK -based Citigroup global markets were employees and alleged harassment took place outside the limits of employment.
The judge also threw two of the allegations against the TP ICAP to violate the contract, and the other to violate the goodwill and fair transaction treaty.
The case continues the requests made by O’reilly.
