Ex- Irrigation Engineer-in-Chief Chetti Muralidhar Rao Held by ACB in DA Case

Haydarabad: The Anti -Corruption Office (ACB) detained the former engineer of the Irrigation Department, Chetti Muralidhar Rao in connection with a disproportionate entity (DA).

ACB officials carried out simultaneous raids in many places in Haydarabad, Karimnagar and Zaheerabad.

Rao, who served as ENC, was appointed to the BRS government in 2014 shortly after he arrived in power.

ACB falls into corruption in the irrigation department. ACB has revealed multiple disproportionate assets, including engineers associated with the Kaleshwaram elevator irrigation project (GLIS).
