Emergency crews respond to a New Orleans refinery after a massive explosion shook the community of Chalmette.
The video showed a large plume of smoke at the Chalmette Refinery, which produces about 189,000 barrels of crude oil per day.
It is not yet known whether he is injured or dead.

St. The Bernard Parish Sheriff’s Office confirmed there was a fire at the refinery and noted that some roads were closed while emergency responders worked on the scene.
