F1 star Charles Leclerc announces engagement to model Alexandra Saint Mleux

Ferrari pilot Charles Leclerc announced his engagement to 23-year-old model and phenomenon Alexandra Saint Mleux.

The happy couple shared the news on Instagram on Sunday, captioning a series of romantic photos ‘Mr and Mrs Leclerc’, including one of their dog Leo, who is fast becoming popular with F1 fans.

Leclerc and Saint Mleuz have been dating since early 2023, when they were spotted together at Paris Fashion Week in March.

Later in the year, shortly after Leclerc confirmed she was in a relationship, they stopped short of naming Saint Mleux, appearing at Wimbledon together to confirm their relationship.

Leclerc, 28, has had two previous high-profile relationships. The couple, who was together with Italian model Giada Gianna for four years, broke up in 2019.

And then the Formula 1 star broke up with famous architect Charlotte Sine in December 2022.

The 28-year-old Ferrari driver has been working with the 23-year-old model since 2023.

“Charlotte and I decided to end our relationship and remain good friends,” Leclerc said at the time.

‘We shared so many wonderful moments and he is and always will be a very special person to me.’

As for Saint Mleux, the couple tends to put their relationship under the spotlight as much as possible. However, in June, they appeared together on the red carpet in New York for the premiere of the movie F1.

Earlier in October, Leclerc joked that Saint Mleux had to carry a lot of luggage to the races because he had a habit of stealing clothes while on the road.

“I always overpack, I just want to make sure I have something for every occasion,” he told reporters.

‘Sometimes he steals my jackets. But I can’t wear any of them, they’re too small.’

The couple’s pet, Leo, a long-haired miniature dachshund, is often seen with the engaged couple at races.

Leclerc’s McLaren rival Alex Albon joked that Leo was living a better life than he had during the season.

Leclerc was seen with Saint Mleux at the premiere of the F1 movie in New York in June.

Mleux is a popular influencer and model who often cheers on Leclerc during his races.

“This dog lives on the edge of luxury,” Albon said in September. ‘I wish I were his dog.’

Leclerc said of Leo in an interview with GQ in July: ‘He’s my best friend. He is the best.

‘I bring him to most of the races. He got a paddock pass last year but he doesn’t need it anymore. ‘People know him better than I do.’

As for the races, Leclerc’s announcement will be made over the holiday weekend. He will return to the track for Ferrari next weekend at the Brazilian Grand Prix in Sao Paulo.
