Judge hears Jennifer Aniston stalked for two years

A judge heard the details of the harassment that Jennifer Aniston was exposed to by a man accused of following him and hitting his car into the front door of the star’s house.
48 -year -old Jimmy Wayne Carwyle from Mississippi claimed that he was not guilty of heavy abandonment and vandalism. In May, Judge Maria Cavallinzi did not authorize the trial after the evaluations made by two experts.
At a hearing at a Los Angeles court dedicated to Mental Health Cases on Friday, he heard about the treatment and settlement of Carwyle.
Aniston’s lawyer Blair Berk explained Carwele’s two -year harassment and Terk in detail, including various unsuccessful attempts to establish physical contact with the actor.
Cavallinzi said he leaned to send Carwyle to a mental health treatment as an alternative to imprisonment. Before making a final decision, he asked for another hearing to get news of a mental health expert.
Judge Aniston accepted the fear of “very real”, but he said he could not ignore the views of mental health professionals who evaluated Carwyle and who did not see a danger to society.
Prosecutors claimed that Carwyle had harassed the “Friends” star with a voice message, e -mail and social media messages for two years before applying his car in Los Angeles’s Rich Bel Air neighborhood on May 5th.
Carwyle said, “There was a permanent illusion,” said to impregnate Aniston with three children, Ber Berk said, “There is no way to prevent him from doing his illusion if he walks outside.”
Carwyle’s lawyer Robert Krauss said that his client was not convicted of violent crimes and was eligible to treat alternatives.
Carwyle was present at the hearing and discussed the questions from Cavalluszi and said, when asked about the short messages he sent to Aniston, he said, “It wasn’t right in his head.” He said he had taken medication that kept him focused and accepted his injustice.
When Cavallinzi asked how he could be sure he would be sure he wouldn’t get away from the treatment program – a concern of prosecution – Carwyle replied, “I have a word.”
Carwyle is imprisoned, but under the order of a judge to communicate or not to communicate with Aniston.
Authorities said that Aniston was at home during a door accident, but he did not contact him. A security guard stopped him on the road until the police arrived. Nobody was injured.
Carwyle also faces a aggravating state of the threat of great physical harm.
Aniston was one of the biggest stars on television in NBC’s “Friends” in 10 years. Emmy, the best leading actor in a comedy for the role, won the award and nominated nine more. He is still in the “The Morning Show” in Apple TV+.
