The FBI launched a billboard campaign about the search in hopes of finding “important information” that would bring the missing Nancy Guthrie home.
An FBI Houston spokesperson told Fox News that the interstate campaign, which includes billboards in Phoenix, Arizona, Albuquerque, NM, Los Angeles and the Texas cities of El Paso, Dallas, San Antonio and Houston, is focused on creating “as much public awareness for this case as possible.”
“Our billboard footprint covers many states surrounding Arizona, and we hope this campaign will lead to important information that will help us bring Nancy home,” the spokesperson added, noting that Clear Channel is partnering with the FBI to donate the billboard space.
The search for Nancy Guthrie, the missing 84-year-old mother of NBC “Today” co-anchor Savannah Guthrie, entered its 10th day on Tuesday, Feb. 10. No suspect or person of interest could be identified.
