Guardians update David Fry’s condition

Cleveland Guardians provided an update about the striker David Fry, who was determined after he was hit by a fastball against Detroit Tigers on Tuesday night.
Guardians said on Wednesday that Fry was experiencing face and nose fractures and will be released for 6-8 weeks.

The team said in a statement, “Imaging and clinical examination David Fry has been in a multiple, minimal displaced, left -sided face and nasal fractures.” He said. “The injury will require close monitoring, including serial evaluations, David is expected to be completely recovered within the next 6-8 weeks without the need for surgery.
“David has been discharged from the Cleveland Clinic lately and is comfortable.”
The team thanked those who participated in the treatment immediately.

Tigers Jug Tarik Skubal, trying to fry the face of Fry threw the field. It was shaken on the game.
“Really hard,” he said to journalists through MLB.com on Tuesday night. “I already reached him. I’m sure the phone explodes. I just want to be sure that it’s good. Obviously, it looks like he came out of the field, and I hope it stays like this.
“But I hope I look forward to taking a text from him at some point tonight or tomorrow morning and making sure that he is good, because there are bigger things than the game, and his health is more important than a baseball game.”

Fry took part in 66 games for Guardians this season. There are eight home running and 23 RBI.
