Firebugs target nail salon in Western Sydney firebombing

A shocking firebomb at a beauty salon in south-west Sydney has left business owners devastated.
The owners of Blondebar in Condell Park captured the aftermath of the shocking scene on camera and posted images of their burned business on the venue’s Instagram account.

“Due to unforeseen circumstances, the salon will be closed until further notice,” the salon owners wrote.
“We have canceled all our appointments for tomorrow and Saturday,” he said.
NSW Police said flames engulfed the business at around 12.10am on Friday and were then extinguished by NSW Fire and Rescue crews.
“There was no one at the business and no injuries were reported,” a police spokesman said.
“Police officers attached to Bankstown Police Area Command established a crime scene and launched an investigation into the fire, which is considered suspicious.”
CCTV footage obtained by 7News shows two hooded men setting fire to the building, then quickly getting into a white paneled minibus and speeding away from the scene.
