Fired CDC director Dr Susan Monarez says RFK ‘weaponising public health’

Getty ImagesThe US Disease Control and Prevention Centers (CDC) was fired by the White House and accused the Health Secretary Robert F Kennedy JR for “Public Health” in a separation statement.

The White House statement, explaining the termination of his mission, said: “When the lawyer’s statement is clarified in abundance, Susan Monarez is not compatible with the agenda of the president.”
There were some confusion in explaining that the health department had left before, but his lawyers were not informed and said he would not resign. Then the White House intervened.

Daniel Jernigan, who led the national developing and zoonotic infectious Diseases Center, was one of those who gave up referring to the “current context in the chapter”.
Demetre Daskalakis, President of the National Vaccination and Respiratory Diseases Center, said that he could not serve because of the ongoing armament of public health.
