Fit for exit: Tata Digital to pare Cult.fit stake, marking first share sale in new-age company

Cult.fit noted in its DRHP: “Due to non-payment of the outstanding amount, E2 CCPS Series 6,382,043 allocated to Tata Digital Limited was forfeited on 29 March 2022 and our Board noted the forfeit as per the decision taken on 18 April 2022.”
